Ledge Wealth Management Inc., an expanding and fast-growing wealth management firm in central MN, is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join the team and provide immediate positive impact.
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role encompasses those duties which support the firm’s wealth managers and administrative staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manages all incoming phone calls; direct callers to most appropriate source for action; use judgment and professionalism to escalate as needed.
Greets all incoming visitors to the office; notifies personnel they are meeting with, directs them to the meeting venue, and offers refreshments.
Processes all incoming mail, directing it in a timely fashion. Processes all outgoing mail based on the priorities and delivery preferences of the sender.
Receives all incoming deliveries from vendors, coordinates proper storage and inventories and re-orders supplies as needed.
Evaluates the effectiveness of our procedures and controls and communicate ways we can continuously improve.
Maintains a clean, organized and professional environment.
Other duties to support office staff to enhance efficiency and organization.
Two to three years of general administrative experience preferred. Expected to gain competence in industry terminology and concepts that support the job description.
